Our partner, a highly regarded international law firm, is seeking an experienced corporate and/or capital markets lawyer with 1-3 years of post-bar exam experience. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and provide legal advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, large corporations, and international businesses.Corporate & Transactional LawAdvising on corporate law matters, regulatory compliance, and transactional legal issuesProviding legal support for IPOs, bond issuances, and other capital markets transactionsConducting legal due diligence and research for corporate clientsDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate and capital markets-related contractsClient & Stakeholder EngagementPreparing legal opinions, memoranda, and regulatory documentationProviding legal support in both Hungarian and EnglishLiaising with clients, regulatory authorities, and financial institutionsElvárások / Requirements1-3 years of post-bar exam experience in corporate and/or capital markets lawStrong legal English proficiency (both written and spoken), including legal terminologyHands-on experience in M&A, legal due diligence, and capital markets transactionsHighly precise, structured, and capable of working independentlyStrong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a teamAmit nyújtunk / BenefitsLocation: Budapest, city centerCompensation: Competitive fee-based remunerationWork Environment: International law firm with a diverse client portfolioHybrid Work: Two days of remote work per week (excluding Mondays and Fridays)
