Corporate Credit Analyst with GermanLocation: Warszawa (Mokotów)
Work mode: HybridResponsibilities:

• Conducting credit risk analysis for corporate clients and providing credit risk recommendations.
• Organizing credit risk committees and making credit decisions according to the approved delegation.
• Managing an assigned portfolio of clients and preparing monthly and quarterly reports.
• Conducting guarantee audits and preparing light reviews.
• Collaborating with Sales, Accounting, Legal departments, and the Head Office in France.
• Supervising the work of ACCW Credit Specialists and providing team support.
• Implementing improvements in tools, processes, and communication.
• Ensuring compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer), ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) policies, and IOC (Internal Operational Controls) processes.

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in finance, economics).
• Experience in credit analysis (minimum 2 years).
• Proficiency in Polish, German and English (B2 level).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word at an intermediate level.
• Knowledge of credit analysis and credit risk management.
• Ability to work with credit tools and systems (e.g., RMPM, Dynamos, Daytona).
