Your responsibilities will include:

Building engaged agile teams and a positive working atmosphere,
Taking care of your team, ensuring required competencies and developing team members’ skills,
Designing and reviewing the architecture of modern solutions and applications together with the team and architects,
Inspiring teams with new technologies and building a modern work culture based on DevOps and Engineering Culture values,
Building relationships with the business and jointly creating a product development vision, considering technology and security aspects,
Managing the budget for your area, monitoring expenses, and cooperating with the controlling team,
Being responsible for optimizing, monitoring, and reporting performance and process maturity indicators carried out by the team,
Cooperating with external vendors, being responsible for contracts and evaluating the level of services provided.
