Job description

We are currently working with a Corporate Finance Advisory firm who due to a very strong deal pipeline are looking to hire a committed and enthusiastic Associate.Role Duties include:

• Preparing and assisting with Business Plans / Funding proposals / Company valuations for both current and potential clients

• Financial modelling and scenario analysis

• Advising on Strategic M&A on both buy and sell side

• Getting exposure to deal negotiations

Requirements

• ACA Qualified

• Have some experience in or exposure to Corporate Finance transactions

• Be comfortable developing and enhancing financial models and undertaking financial analysis

• Have excellent analytical and research skills with a strong commercial acumen
