• Advise clients on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and assess legal risks associated with corporate transactions.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on corporate governance issues and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop and implement effective legal strategies.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Lawyer with 1-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law.
• Strong academic background with a law degree from a reputable university.
• Excellent knowledge of corporate law principles and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully handling corporate transactions and matters.
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
