We are seeking, on behalf of a prestigious international law firm, a Corporate M&A Associate to join its Milan office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile cross-border and domestic M&A transactions within a dynamic and international environment.Key Responsibilities:– Advising clients on M&A transactions, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and deal structuring.– Drafting and reviewing corporate and transactional documentation.– Working closely with international teams and clients across multiple jurisdictions.Ideal Candidate Profile:– At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate M&A, preferably within an international law firm.– Admitted to the Italian Bar.– Strong academic background, with a Law degree from a leading university.– Fluent in English and at least one additional language.– LL.M. or postgraduate studies abroad is highly preferred.– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and international work environment.This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious lawyer looking to grow their career within a top-tier global law firm.
