• Advise on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures, equity fundraising, corporate governance, and company law.

• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted legal advisor.

• Contribute to knowledge sharing and training initiatives, helping to shape the future of the team.

The successful candidate:

• 1+ years PQE with strong corporate experience, ideally in a leading firm.

• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for corporate law and business development.

• Strong technical skills, particularly in M&A, transaction management, and corporate governance.

• Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent academic background
