Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:

• Provide top-notch customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns with speed and professionalism.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the company’s products and services.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
• Conduct regular training sessions to update knowledge and skills.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The organization is a large-sized entity.They operating within the industrial and manufacturing industry.Qualifications & Technical knowledge:

• A degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3 years’ experience in application engineering or inside sales is desired.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively at all levels (verbal, written and presentation skills).
• Knowledge of ISO/ANSI/ASME standards relevant to actuator applications.
• Experience preparing bids for industrial/OEM projects or EPC customers.
• Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English effectively at all levels (verbal, written and presentation skills).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Experience or strong interest in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to drive process efficiency and operational excellence.
