POSITION SUMMARYWe look for a seasoned Margeting Manager to own Brand Strategy for the market. Define and Drive Country Specific Brand Strategy for Vaccines. Drive Vaccines products growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and opex of assigned brands, ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in country.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide local insights and brand feedback to Managers,Tailor brand and execute brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities for a brand,Select best-fitting modules from Global Content; translate and trans-create brand materials, as needed,Manage local agencies for trans-creation (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project),Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target,Allocate and execute in country brand budget,Cross-functional brand leadership – across Field Force, Account Management, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, etc.,Train Field Force on product positioning and prioritization,Partner with Medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes,Serving as a mentor for more junior marketing positions.QUALIFICATIONS5-10 years of Pharma Marketing experience,Master’s Degree; PhD. or MBA desired,Marketing , Customer and Competitor Insight,Marketing Execution,Strategic and Operational Business/Marketing Planning,Data analysis, interpretation, and communications,Performance and Program Metrics,Exceptional interpersonal skills,Exceptional collaboration/negotiation,Exceptional prioritization,Vendor management,Proficiency in Polish as well as English.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTAt Pfizer, we invest in creating an environment which unleashes the power of our people.
