You are confident and take ownership of your projects, but also collaborate with and motivate your colleagues in helping to build a scalable finance domain of the future!💡About the roleAs part of the Controlling team, you will help ensure the financial well-being of our NL, DE, and FR markets, with a specific focus on leading the NL domain. Acting as the key contact for NL business teams, you’ll collaborate closely with the Finance Operations team, Group Controllers, and Analysts to deliver impactful reports that capture the essence of Picnic’s financial story.🎯 Tricks of the trade

• Collaboration: Work closely with different business teams on making our numbers accurate and complete
• Financial advice: Provide oversight and financial advice on the NL Finance topics
• Reporting: Challenge our operations teams in their periodic reports
• Hands-on: Show hands-on mentality in our daily finance operations
• Process leadership: Lead projects regarding our internal processes and controls
• Audit support: Support in year-end and audit tasks

⭐ Your superpowers

• Relevant Master’s degree in Finance, Economics and/or Accounting
• 4+ years of experience in a Finance related role such as FP&A analyst, controller, financial due diligence or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills, structured and accurate
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent MS Excel and data analysis skills
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Fluency in Dutch, German or French is advantageous.
• Accounting system knowledge (Workday is a plus)
