Do you know the Agrobusiness Regulatory landscape in Poland inside-out?

Our client, a major player in the Agrochemicals and associated sectors, is seeking a highly motivated Country Registration Specialist for their Polish operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and international team, with the chance to proactively manage, implement and deliver all aspects of product registration in Poland.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things Regulatory in Poland. This means building strong relationships with the local authorities, staying ahead of the curve on all relevant rules and political influences, and defining winning registration strategies for their extensive product portfolio.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

* Demonstrate your expertise on Polish regulations: Maintain a deep understanding of the local landscape and ensure all products comply.
* Develop rock-solid registration strategies: Define objectives and action plans to get products registered efficiently.
* Be the bridge between science and sales: Work closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure a smooth registration process.
* Champion regulatory excellence: Be the point of contact for suppliers, shareholders, and authorities on all regulatory matters.
* Contribute to a winning team: Participate in industry working groups and share your knowledge through training and information sessions.
* Craft clear and compliant labeling: Ensure all regulatory text on MSDS, labels, and other documents is accurate and approved.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, or a similar field.
* Brings 3-4 years of experience in a registration environment within the Agrobusiness of plant protection products.
* Has a strong grasp of local and EU regulatory frameworks and understands the roles of national authorities.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.
* Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
