Country Retail Development Manager in PolandOur Client: Founded in 2010 Tour operator which has evolved into a prominent player in the tourism industry, offering a diverse range of travel packages to over 50 destinations worldwide. - Strategic Development of own Retail sales Network: Develop and implement strategies to expand the network of own retail sales offices in Poland, including opening new sales offices.
- Operational Management: Ensure the efficient operation of existing owns sales, monitor sales performance, and track operational KPIs.
- Maintaining and Developing Partnerships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and key clients to ensure a stable sales flow and network expansion.
- Planning and Budgeting: Develop and oversee the annual and montly sales plans and budgets for network development. Oversee the monthly sales plans by each sales office.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer traffic to the own sales offices.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer base to provide recommendations for own retail sales network development. Prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Team Building and Management: Build a strong team for the retail sales offices by fostering collaboration, ensuring alignment with sales processes, and maintaining high standards. Provide training to develop the team’s skills and motivate them through clear goals, regular feedback, and structured 1:1 sessions to enhance performance and commitment.
We expect from you:
- Experience: At least 3 years of managerial experience in the tourism industry, particularly in the development of offline travel agency networks.
- Education: Higher education in management, marketing, tourism, or related fields.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing teams and projects, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies for agency network expansion.
- Results-Oriented: Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced and dynamic market environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with partners, teams, and customers.
- Analytical Abilities: Capability to conduct deep market analysis and use insights to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of the Polish Market: Understanding of the Polish tourism market and the specifics of working with local agencies.
