Are you interested in working as a Course Administrator supporting our staff and students in a Higher Education setting?  Then you could be the person that we are looking for.

This is an exciting giving you the opportunity to work with staff and students in the School of Architecture, Technology and Engineering.   The role is responsible for the effective administration of a group of courses. The role encompasses a full range of administration and support across the student lifecycle to ensure the delivery of high-quality user-focused services.  This includes handling enquiries, providing information and advice on University-wide services, policies and procedures, and administrative support for course teams.

To be effective in this role, you should have:

  • Experience of delivering a broad range customer-focussed enquiry and support services.
  • Experience of carrying out a range of organisational and administrative duties.
  • The ability to produce written communications clearly and concisely.
  • Work proactively to ensure effective service delivery.

The role is based on our Moulsecoomb Campus but there are opportunities for some remote working too.

This post is a full-time (37 hours per week), permanent position, and we welcome applications from candidates seeking to job share. The anticipated start date would be as soon as mutually agreeable.
