If you are passionate about working for a noble cause on projects shaping the future of sustainable and intelligent pharma facilities, NNE is the place to be.About the roleWe are looking for a Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) Manager to join our site team in Kalundborg, focusing on ensuring the successful installation, commissioning, and qualification of equipment and systems.As a C&Q Manager, you will manage a project team within a discipline to make operational dicisionsdecisions and lead daily board meetings at the factory site. Your role includes conducting Mechanical Completions Line Walks, follow the contractors/disciplines work, clearing day-to-day roadblocks and escalating relevant issues. Additionally, you will stay informed and plan the work to reach deadlines. E.g., coordinate activities across the site floor, handle Dalux documentation and mark P&ID boundaries.Our C&Q department consists of over 30 C&Q Managers, Leads, Engineers, and LOTO Officers, all working within systems and equipment commissioning.Location Kalundborg Department Commissioning & Qualification Management

As C&Q Manager you’ll be:

• Managing a project team of 5-8 C&Q Engineers

• Coordinating site activities.

• Leading daily board meeting in factory site.

• Conducting Mechanical Completions Line Walks for Wet tests.

• Clearing daily roadblocks and escalating issues.

• Handling Dalux documentation.

• Marking P&ID boundaries.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline

• Minimum 5 years of C&Q experience within Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning.

• Head strong and someone who can drive completion of the commissioning schedule

• Understanding of process diagrams (PFDs, P&IDs).

• Fluent in both Danish and English (written and spoken).
