Creative Account ManagerDorking, SurreyOffice Based£25-30k depending on experienceOur fantastic, small creative agency whichis in an exciting period of growth is seeking a Client Account Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic role for someone who ideally has a creative background and is looking to join a close-knit and collaborative team.The successful candidate will work closely with clients and the in-house design team to deliver creative solutions across all platforms: from branding and design for print through to social media, web, video and animation.The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. My client is looking for someone to add value to the team, bring ideas to the table and build strong relationships with their clients.Key responsibilities include:Building and maintaining strong client relationshipsAs the main point of contact, understand client needs and ensure they receive the best possible service throughout.Project managementOverseeing commissions; from taking briefs and setting schedules through to managing resources and budgets.Collaborating with creative teamWorking closely with in-house designers, animators and copywriters to add value to the creative process.Experience in a creative or marketing agency is preferred, but not essential.
