The TikTok LIVE team is looking for an enthusiastic Creator Manager Operations Project Intern to support the team in a special project.The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis – we encourage you to apply early.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.Responsibilities
– Establish first contact with creators in the livestream ecosystem and encourage them to participate in our growth programme.
– Conduct training and educational workshops to manage creator content and improve livestream sessions.
– Support the creator management team in the growth programme project to accelerate the growth of mid-tier creators.Qualifications:Minimum Qualification:
– Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree or above
– Fluent in Spanish and English to manage Spanish speaking agencies
– Reliable, professional and skillful communicator
– Result-oriented, good data analysis skills and ability to work under pressurePreferred Qualification:
– 1+ years experience related to, comparable to or relevant to the live-streaming or entertainment industry
