Your tasks

• Analyze SME and Corporate clients during credit granting and monitoring processes
• Conduct in-depth financial assessments to determine appropriate credit limits
• Participate in credit decision-making processes
• Manage a portfolio of loans and client relationships from a credit risk perspective
• Perform data analysis to extract insights and enhance risk strategies
• Handle counterparty limits: granting, monitoring, ad-hoc reviews, and Group-level reporting
• Develop and refine credit risk policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks

What we expect

• 5-7 years of experience in SME/Corporate Banking, particularly within the Polish market
• Broad knowledge of SME credit risk processes
• Familiarity with collateral management, with emphasis on Polish regulatory requirements
• Understanding of credit bureaus and the data they provide
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English
• SQL knowledge
