Mission:

We currently have an International Senior Brand Manager opportunity at our Charenton (France) location within our Global Lens Marketing Department. You will be in charge of driving growth opportunities of Crizal as a brand and blue light category, through regional white space, retail and wholesale channels.

INNOVATION AND PRODUCT STRATEGY:

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of innovation launch and marketing activation plans in coordination with support functions (R&D, CMI, BMI, Operations, Quality, Finance, Legal, etc.) to accelerate the growth of the brand and products (product portfolio, price positioning, distribution strategy, etc.)
  • Define the go-to-market and provide all the assets necessary to execute the innovation process
  • Identify consumer-centric innovations, business case rationale, opportunity sizing and product definition
  • Deploy content to develop and update marketing assets to all targets: KOLs, eye care professionals, consumers by providing guidelines and appropriate marketing content
  • Support and monitor launches/business units in each geographic area while ensuring rapid execution and consistency of the defined strategy
  • Participate and represent the company within the project teams in charge of developing new products within its scope

BRAND COMMUNICATIONS/MARKETING CAMPAIGNS:

  • Contribute to defining marketing strategies and participate in the development of brand and communication strategies to accelerate the growth of the brand and products
  • Identify the most effective consumer touch points for the brand and implement marketing activation plans in coordination with marketing service teams (PR, Media, Social Media, Events, Creative Hub) and external agency
  • Deploy content to develop and update marketing assets to all targets: KOLs, eye care professionals, consumers by providing guidelines and appropriate marketing content.
  • Support and monitor campaign launches in each geographic area while ensuring rapid execution and consistency of the defined strategy.
  • Design or adapt BtoBtoC communication campaigns and develop the tools that will enable them to be activated in BtoB and BtoC in connection with the creative hub.
  • Define and implement communication strategies in conjunction with the marketing services teams (media recommendation and adaptation of communication tools developed by the global marketing teams) and on the deployment of their digital strategy (SEO, Social Media, Analytics etc. .) in conjunction with the marketing services teams.
  • Coordinate the brand strategy with brand leaders (lens offering and brand positioning).
  • Define a 360° communication plan for consumers, ECPs and prescribers in order to accelerate the development of the category, increase brand awareness and facilitate efficient delivery to the point of sale (creation of product packages). communication and sales support materials).
  • Contribute to communicating about new market offers by creating and disseminating impactful internal communication materials.
  • Create, adapt and deploy commercial/global marketing campaigns for the brand and ensure their coordination and monitoring.

Requirements for the position:

  • Level of knowledge equivalent to bac+5 as an experienced international marketing specialist with a minimum experience of 7 years in marketing
  • The job requires having an excellent understanding of the complete marketing mix and having the ability to build a consumer approach as well as operational BtoB marketing actions.
  • He/she must have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide variety of upstream and downstream partners, in an international environment.
  • He/she must be comfortable communicating in front of an audience, working in a team and leading a 360° project.
  • He/she must have the curiosity to acquire and deepen his knowledge in the field of optics.
  • The job also requires an ability to think “consumer” and to carry out more operational B2B2C marketing actions.
  • He/she must also be able to structure a strategic recommendation as well as build and share a vision on the subjects.
  • The job requires proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English. Knowledge of another language (Italian/French) is a plus.
