CRM administrator assistant – 6 months Internship Sales · Paris

Sweep is hiring a CRM administrator assistant Intern for 6 months, based in Paris, to make Sweep an outstanding resource for the climate community and a real driver of change for our planet.

Sweep maps climate and ESG data across an entire business to reduce carbon emissions, improve social and environmental performance, and create audit-ready reports to run the best sustainability programs. Sweep empowers companies to build resilience to global challenges with technology.

Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?

As a CRM administrator assistant, you’ll be working on the maintenance and evolution of the Salesforce CRM and the Reporting platform.

To be more specific, this includes:

1. CRM salesforce administration ????️

• Customize and configure Salesforce based on the organization’s needs and requirements.
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and lightning components.
• Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.

2. Reporting ????

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Power BI
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to create datasets for analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into BI reports.
• Monitor and optimize BI system performance to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

3. Finance Planning and Analysis tool administration ????️

• Customize and configure FP&A tool based on the organization’s needs and requirements designed by the finance team.
• Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives that impact financial planning and analysis.

4. Master data management 

• Ensure data integrity and quality within Salesforce, FP&A tool and BI systems.
• Perform data migrations, data cleansing, and data maintenance tasks.
• Develop data governance protocols and policies to standardize data practices

Qualifications ????

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• You have a first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in CRM management / FP&A tool or project management
• Professional level of English, French is a plus
