CRM & Conversion Manager

The Future Students department is seeking to appoint a highly organised and creative CRM & Conversion Manager to oversee the delivery of its multi-channel conversion plans for both domestic and international markets.

Based at our Pontypridd Campus, this post plays a central role in the planning and delivery of our outbound communications with prospective students in addition to supporting other key recruitment activities through the effective use of the University’s recruitment CRM. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the CRM and for ensuring its functionality is optimally utilized across all recruitment activity to improve the prospect/applicant journey and drive conversion performance. The post holder will be required to develop a programme of targeted and engaging communications for prospective students, using the CRM to ensure its effective implementation. This role provides an excellent opportunity to join a fast past paced customer focused department and make a key contribution to achieving the University’s student recruitment goals.

This is a full time, fixed term maternity cover post for up to 12 months.
