In addition, ESL, Europe’s largest language education travel agency matches students with the right language course for them.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our CRM team as a CRM Marketing Specialist. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM principles, marketing automation, and a keen eye for data-driven decision-making.ResponsibilitiesWhat we will be asking from you:1. Campaign Execution:– Design, build, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other CRM solutions.– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM strategies with overall marketing initiatives.2. Data Management:– Manage and maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.– Segment and analyze customer data to tailor campaigns for specific target audiences.3. Automation and Personalization:– Implement marketing automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and drive personalized interactions.– Work closely with content creators to ensure messaging aligns with segmentation and personalization strategies.4. Reporting and Analysis:– Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.– Generate regular reports on CRM KPIs and present findings to the marketing team.5.
