We help people live a better, healthier, and fitter lifestyle.Our Digital Marketing team is looking for a CRM Software Developer to join our subsidiary in Hungary, that will work closely with the various teams within marketing and our merchandizing team to streamline workflows and processes on our CRM platforms.The ideal candidate should have experience working in cross functional roles, project management skills and the ability to manage the creation of emails from brief to launch.WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Integrate and Maintain Data Consistency: Ensure seamless data transfer and consistency between PM’s ERP system and HubSpot by designing and maintaining accurate data models.
• HubSpot Management and Maintenance: Oversee HubSpot CRM to ensure all data is up-to-date, accurate, and properly organized for business needs for our CRM specialist to work on. Make sure that all business changes are mapped to Hubspot and up to date.
• Bug Resolution and Issue Management: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs or inconsistencies within HubSpot to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• System Change Alignment: Collaborate with relevant teams to reflect updates to systems, processes, and workflows accurately within HubSpot.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders and CRM specialists to gather requirements, analyze needs, and implement solutions that align HubSpot with evolving business goals.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• Backend developer with a bachelor’s degree required, preferably in software development.
• 5 years of experience with CRM systems, data modeling etc.
• Experience working with Hubspot (development or usage)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and making API calls
• Experience using version control systems like Git
• Experience and knowledge of Javascript, C Sharp and familiarity with the Microsoft Azure environment
• Familiarity with server-side Javascript and GraphQL a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of German will be considered a plus
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience or exposure to direct selling considered a plus
• Solution oriented approach
