Join WS Audiology’s dynamic Commercial CRM Team and play a pivotal role in shaping customer experiences through cutting-edge Salesforce technology. Located at our vibrant global headquarters in Lynge, Denmark, you’ll join a passionate team supporting over 2,300 Salesforce users worldwide, impacting core business processes across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. • Help drive Salesforce adoption through engaging training and community activities
• Contribute directly to the planning and execution of key CRM initiatives and projects
• Maintain and enhance our repository of global training materials
• Support the creation and maintenance of insightful global and regional reports and dashboards
• Develop and distribute engaging communication materials, including newsletters and intranet updates
• Assist the team with ad-hoc tasks, offering you varied exposure in a diverse, global environment

What you bringWe’re looking for an ambitious, analytical, and curious student who is ready to learn and passionate about customer engagement and CRM technology. Qualifications we are looking for:

• Are currently studying at CBS, ITU, AAU, KU, DTU, or a similar institution, with at least 24 months remaining in your studies
• Have an analytical mindset and a keen interest in technology-driven solutions
• Possess comprehensive proficiency in Excel and enjoy analyzing and optimizing business processes
• Are eager to gain practical insights into customer-centric strategies within Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
• Have prior experience with CRM (a strong plus, but not mandatory)
• Can effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
