Within the SCM solution area we are the product management team who own the product definition & strategy for SCM core applications, spanning mainly manufacturing & logistics. Public cloud ERP (S/4HANA Public Cloud) is the heart & soul of our Business Suite offering and we have witnessed a breathtaking growth in our customer adoption. What You will build: 

Join our team and shape the future of the SAP Business Suite for SCM as a Cross- Product Specialist for SCM Core (S/4HANA public cloud) application. We are looking for a passionate product specialist (m/f/d) to join our SCM Core Product Management office.

You will be working alongside experienced product managers and actively supporting the unit in various interactions with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers. This role is a fantastic growth opportunity where you will get insights into various topics and can then use these insights to drive your personal development

The objectives you will be asked to own and deliver could include the following (depending on the assignment):

-You will drive high-impact initiatives on behalf of the leadership team, ensuring execution and alignment with business objectives.
-Create meaningful presentations to summarize and facilitate communications
-(supported by experienced product managers) you will start owning cross topics and act as a driver for selected topics within SCM Core PM organization. Expect to interact with a multitude of various stakeholders. The topics will cover a wide range of areas and will be very dynamic. As example these could involve leading the delivery & productization of certain integrated solutions based on predefined requirements…
-Act as a business analyzer of customer requests, contribute to discovery results, support with the translation of them into business deliverables incl. definition of business processes
-Establish working groups for cross-to
pics, execute on planning, implementation and delivery of the topics
-Working in the new Harmonized Product Operating Model
 

What You bring: 

-Academic Excellence: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
-SAP application/process knowledge (in SAP S/4HANA solutions for logistics and/or manufacturing). This expertise allows you to master new topics quickly and assess impact for relevant teams.
-Experience and expertise: 4+ years of experience, ideally in customer facing roles in product management OR services OR pre-sales, where you have successfully applied your ERP knowledge in the corresponding interactions (product management work or customer projects or sales cycles)
-Effective communication skills, focusing on the creation of meaningful presentations
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Team player, network builder and stakeholder management capabilities
-You take ownership & drive topics independently using project management skills / approaches to orchestrate stakeholders and deliverables
-A collaborative and proactive personality with strong self-management skills
-Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English
