Job description

• Practical experience in staking and crypto asset management (minimum 2–3 years).

• Familiarity with leading PoS chains such as Ethereum, Solana, etc.
• Proficiency with tools like Dune, DeFiLlama, Nansen, and staking dashboards.

• Understanding of on-chain portfolio security practices (multisig, custody solutions, etc.).

• Analytical skills and ability to work with data (Excel, Python – a plus).

• Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems.

• Independence, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility.

• Fluent English ,C1-C2 level only

Nice to Have:

• Experience running validators or operating own nodes.

• Scripting knowledge for automation (Bash, Python).

• Network in the staking/DeFi industry.

• Ability to evaluate project tokenomics

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Crypto Portfolio Manager whose primary responsibility will be managing a digital asset portfolio with a strong focus on staking strategies. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, executing, and monitoring strategies for generating yield through various channels – staking, DeFi, as well as selective spot and derivative investmentsWe Offer:
