Your role will involve developing innovative food concepts, ensuring consistent quality, and driving operational efficiency. You will lead large culinary teams, maintain high food safety standards, and ensure financial targets are met while delivering exceptional dining experiences.Our client is a leading hospitality group known for their commitment to excellence in both food and service. With a portfolio of restaurants and venues that emphasize quality and innovation, they seek a Culinary Operations Director to help elevate their culinary offering and enhance customer satisfaction.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple kitchens, ensuring efficiency and high-quality food production.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a large team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

• Drive innovation in menu development and culinary concepts to meet customer expectations and industry trends.

• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards in all kitchens.

• Collaborate with senior management to meet financial goals, including budget management, cost control, and profitability.

• Implement and maintain consistent operational procedures across all culinary departments.

• Foster a positive work environment by motivating and developing staff, encouraging creativity, and ensuring team cohesion.

• Ensure that client expectations are consistently met and exceeded through quality and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior culinary operations role within a high-profile hospitality environment.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire large teams.

• Excellent knowledge of food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.

• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost control, and meeting financial targets.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with management and other departments.

• Must be living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI).
