The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our friendly and supportive group of curriculum assistants, working flexibly under the direction of the Curriculum Support Coordinator to help ensure deadlines are met and effective cover is provided to meet changing priorities.
You will be required to work on a number of modules in production and presentation, performing alongside curriculum managers and academic staff.
Skills and experience
Your administrative and secretarial experience will be utilised for routine office tasks, and you will benefit from strong IT skills and an understanding of in-house systems. The ability to pay attention to detail, use your initiative, prioritise effectively and to work collaboratively within a team is essential.
It is important that you operate in a proactive manner and deliver work to a high standard using the appropriate templates and house styles provided.
