Learn more about what DSO will mean for you in your new role hereCustomer Activation ManagerAs a Customer Activation Manager, you translate trends and developments in the self-care category into opportunities to further grow the category and Bayer brands. You inspire and engage both Bayer partners and colleagues with well-founded insights based on data and analyses. With a clear vision and strategy, you act as a reliable sparring partner and work together with retail customers on the category regarding assortment, shelf placement, and shopper activations. Additionally, you are responsible for the planning and development of POS materials for excellent execution on the shop floor. In a multidisciplinary team with colleagues from sales and marketing, regulatory affairs, and medical, you develop ideas to guide the shopper throughout the customer journey to the shelf and our brands. You regularly exchange knowledge and experience with international colleagues.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translating the category and brand vision and strategy into tailor-made POS plans for assigned customers.
• Planning and developing POS materials and educative training/sales aid for our key brands and categories.
• Evaluating the performance of activations based on consumer offtakes and independently proposing improvements or optimizations for the activation planning and tools.
• Translating insights on the category and customers into commercial opportunities and advising the commercial team on products and packaging.
• Strengthening collaboration with various contacts on the customer side by being seen as a reliable sparring partner.

• Bachelor’s or university degree and a few years of relevant work experience in a trade environment, preferably in FMCG and/or OTC.
• Experience in developing shopper activations, in-store media, and POS materials such as displays and banners, in collaboration with external agencies.
• Ability to translate substantive knowledge, data, and insights into commercial opportunities.
• Strong analytical, creative, conceptual, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with various data and software applications.
• An entrepreneurial team builder who can inspire, advise, and persuade others. Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
