Customer Assurance Analyst

The Customer Compliance Team is a function within the business with a global remit, whose primary purpose is to eliminate financial and third-party exposure both to LSEG Data and Analytics and our Clients by the correct licensing of services. The group works with local front line operations as well as product and proposition businesses across LSEGWhat will you be doing?Provide support to the Customer Assurance Managers as part of the compliance review process, assisting in all areas from planning to execution and closure. Additionally, handling compliance escalations as they arise and working with the necessary team to action and resolve them.
Scope and Impact:All clients within assigned region i.e. EMEA, Americas or Asia.Required Skills & Experience:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to collaborate across BoundariesAbility to prioritize and multi-task while handling many stakeholders with differing priorities.Interpersonal/Team Skills: Ability to work optimally in a team environment. Communicates appropriately and effectively with team members and contacts, in and outside the company.Educated to a Degree level but not essentialWORKSTYLE MODELWe know balance is the key, therefore we propose hybrid way of working. You are welcome to work from our brand-new office every day, but you have still an opportunity to stay at home if needed.
