So if you want to be part of a caring, supportive environment where you can realize your full potential, we’re with you.Would you like to discover how our diverse, hardworking people are leading the way in making energy cleaner and better – and how you can play your part in our world-class team?Join our Budapest or Szeged Team and advance your career as aCustomer Excellence Lead- Spanish or Portuguese SpeakingThe purpose of the role is to work as part of the customer excellence teams in order to enable efficient and effective end to end customer journeys.This would include managing pre-sales activities, post-sales activities, pricing administration, projects and continuous improvement.The role also includes system set up activities, project delivery, supporting gross margin targets and providing internal advice across the business.In order to drive business process improvement, the role will work across aviation to measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.In this role You will:

• Identify and drive continuous improvement to enable improvements in customer experience and Aviation efficiency.

• Drives front office pre sale customer activities, including bulk ordering and specific account support etc.
• Completes post sales activities, including tax and fee administration, supporting dispute management, transaction error handling etc.
• Be a subject matter expert in the end to end customer journey, supporting issue resolution and project implementation through providing process and systems input.
• Act as an SME for complex deals to support margin growth with agreed customers.

What You will need to be successful:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with a successful track record in process excellence or similar supporting roles.
• Proficiency in English AND Spanish or Portuguese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to form relationships and influence at all levels.
• Proven experience in analysing and developing complex processes and an ability to successfully articulate these to the customer and internal colleagues.
• Ability to demonstrate strong cross- cultural relationship building skills
• Good knowledge of the aviation business, compliance and tax rules across countries is preferable.
• Data and systems knowledge including good understanding or experience of SAP.
