Our client, a prominent global leader in medical technology, presents an exciting opportunity for a Customer Finance Manager to lead the EMEA team. Role Responsibilities:

* Strategize and lead credit management operations within the EMEA region, contributing to the overarching mission of health advancement.
* Collaborate with diverse colleagues and leaders to ensure excellence in credit management and financial stability.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through mentorship and guidance, promoting best practices in credit and collections.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Multiple years of experience in credit management for a medical device, food, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or similar multinational company.
* Multiple years of experience managing people.
* Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in credit management tools, providing a platform for you to evaluate creditworthiness and manage financial risk effectively.
* Fluent level of English.
