You’ll be part of our newly formed Customer Insights team, working directly with Voice of Customer experts to transform data into actionable insights that drive product and marketing decisions.Working closely with Sara, our Voice of Customer expert, and under the leadership of Olga Arsenii, you’ll help revolutionize how we collect, analyze, and leverage customer feedback to fuel Qonto’s growth.👩💻🧑💻 As a Customer Insights Intern at Qonto, you will:

🤝 About your future managerOlga Arsenii, leads the Customer Insights team with expertise in market research and customer understanding. She brings academic experience as a professor at a specialized research-focused master’s program in Grenoble, combining practical industry knowledge with research methodology expertise. You’ll also work closely with Sara, our Voice of Customer expert, who will provide mentorship and guidance throughout your internship.🏅 About You
