As a member of the end-to-end supply chain operating model you will be a key supply chain representative in the Danish and Norwegian organization but also interact closely with global stakeholders and other centers. Furthermore, you will be closely connected to the Nordic supply chain counterparts and the broader global supply chain organization.The Opportunity:You efficiently handle orders in the SAP landscape, ensuring high-quality execution.You act as a business process owner, ensuring smooth and effective supply chain operations.You provide exceptional supply chain support, resolving complaints and addressing customer needs.You manage operations with the 3PL warehouse.You manage stock level at the affiliate to prevent stock out and destruction of medicinal products.You manage inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles and ensure that all handling of medicinal products is done in accordance with GMP/GDP, Local and Global procedures.You act as the key user for SD (Sales and Distribution) processes, representing Roche Pharmaceuticals Denmark and Norway; business trips to Norway required 2-3 time per year.Who You AreYou have solid experience with SAP, preferably more than 3 years, with a strong understanding of its functionalities.You have relevant supply chain or logistics background, preferably within the pharmaceutical or diagnostics industry, and a deep understanding of the distribution environment (transportation, customs and health authority regulations, GXP, country(s) infrastructure).You have strong planning and organizational skills, decision-making abilities and the ability to influence and coordinate activities.You have excellent oral and written communication skills in either Danish or Norwegian and English, enabling effective communication with stakeholders.You are driven by nature, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.Your applicationWe make your life easier: Please upload only your current compelling CV in English.If you have any questions about the position, feel free to contact Elena Astreiko, Finance & Facilitíes Center Head Pharma Denmark on email elena.astreiko@roche.comWho we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
