Customer Market Planner – Permanent contractFancy working with iconic brands such as CK, Hugo Boss, Chloé, Gucci, Rimmel, Max Factor, Adidas…?We are Coty Iberia, and we are recruiting a Market Demand & Supply Planning role in an exciting supply chain department that sits in the Iberia market office based in Barcelona.RESPONSIBILITIESAs our Customer Market Planner, you are responsible for to ensure the most accurate customer sales forecast, implementing systems, processes and tools that allow for our Top Customer’s KPI’s improvement (Service, Quality, Cost). We are looking for a self-confident individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who comes with a solid grounding on all aspects of supply chain. More importantly, we are after candidates with proven planning experience, customer collaboration, and communication skills to drive performance.Your main focus:

• Collaborative planning and forecasting with TOP 5 Customers.
• Collect & work customer data around supply chain: inventory, promos, service, launches…
• Understand and merge customer & COTY SC needs to create the most efficient joint supply chain.
• For TOP 5 customers digest the scorecard report (360 OTC) including Service, Quality and Cost KPIs (Fill Rate per customer, On Time per customer, % Incidents, Invoice accuracy).

• Lead Internal Monthly Customer Facing meeting to share scorecard results, RCA, AP and improvement actions/service-quality-cost out opportunities.
• Actively participate and prepare data to support Logistics Action Plan meeting to improve On time and In Quality deliveries.
• Actively participate and provide data for the Sales meeting including (KPIs for the customer and overall OTC improvement AP)
• Monthly communications/meeting with Top Customers

• You interact daily with the global Supply teams in order to secure the availability of the product portfolio.
• You identify and anticipate the risks of disruption to protect the customer service rate (performance indicator: Fill Rate).

• Very diversified interactions and a global vision of the product flow: the missions are carried out in close relationship with the marketing, trade marketing and sales teams, but also with the various players in the global supply chain (central planning, warehouse, etc.), and with the rest of the Iberia Supply Chain team (customer service, etc.).

• Immersion in the Beauty market on a portfolio of attractive products in a dynamic and international environment.

YOU ARE A COTY FITYou like to communicate, to relate to people at all levels from a variety of backgrounds. As a/an experienced Customer Market Planner, you are analytical with excellent attention to detail, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you:

• Market planning experience with similar complexity of product lines.
• Customer management experience.
• Fully proficient in standard IT packages, advanced Excel user essential for the role. Able to quickly pick up the use of internal planning systems.
• Able to effectively influence and challenge internal and external contacts.
• Able to work with autonomy and manage own workload effectively.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively, with customer-minded focus.
• Pro-active and flexible attitude to work tasks and responsibilities.
• Experience of pro-actively identifying and resolving issues.
• Proactive, resilient, adaptable, and driven.
