We’re now looking for a sharp, Customer & Marketing Intelligence Analyst to join us in that mission.You will work at Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s headquarters in the center of Copenhagen (Strandgade, Copenhagen K).This is the jobAs a Customer & Marketing Intelligence Analyst at Flying Tiger Copenhagen, you will support the development of data-driven insights that enhance the effectiveness of our marketing activities and deepen our understanding of customer behavior. You will work closely with the Customer & Marketing Intelligence Manager and collaborate with marketing teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver analyses, reports, and insights that help optimize marketing efforts, customer initiatives and guide strategic decisions.Reporting directly to our Customer & Marketing Intelligence Manager, your insights and execution will play a vital role in achieving our ambitious goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a few years of experience after their studies and is now ready to further develop their analytical skills in a dynamic, international, and fun brand.Your responsibilities will be

• Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior, estimating customer life-time value, marketing performance, and identifying growth opportunities based on a variety of internal and external data sources (traffic patterns, campaign performance, sales data, macro development, brand health studies, app data etc.).
• Assist in designing and executing evaluations of marketing activities and campaigns.
• Support the continuous development and refinement of key models (e.g., Econometric Marketing Mix Model, CLV Models, Basket Analysis) together with the rest of the Customer & Marketing Intelligence team.
• Plan and execute customer insight initiatives, including surveys and studies.
• Support in running and updating brand tracking and customer satisfaction studies.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports, making complex data accessible and actionable for different audiences.
• Assist in communicating findings to senior stakeholders during meetings and presentations.
• Get ownership of workstreams within larger projects under the guidance of the Customer & Marketing Intelligence Manager.
• Collaborate closely with peers across Paid Marketing, CRM, Customer Club, Content Creation team, and other marketing functions.

This is you

• Possess a strong analytical skillset and curiosity to uncover patterns and opportunities through data.
• Able to translate data (both quantitative and qualitative) into clear and actionable insights.
• Have great communication and presentation skills – able to explain complex findings in simple terms.
• Are familiar with Excel and PowerPoint is expected; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or statistical tools (e.g., Python, R, or SPSS) is a plus but not required.
• Own structure and a proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, social science, or a related field.
• Have a couple of years of experience (e.g., internship, full-time job, or several years working as student assistant) related to data analysis, marketing, or research.
