To our commercial hub based in Prague we are currently looking for: CUSTOMER MARKETING SPECIALIST CZ&SK

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main focus:

-Helping to design, plan, execute and evaluate promotional plans and strategies for customers and channels together with Sales designed to unlock category and brand growth
-Developing and executing launch of campaigns, close follow up on results for the new products
-Actively working with brand assortment in order to keep highly competitive portfolio and drive new business opportunities
-Participating on deployment of multichannel and digital brand strategy as defined by CEE/Global guidelines
-Coordinating and driving POS planning, production, implementation and evaluation processes across the channel and key customers for given brands
-Developing and proposing brand planograms in line with global recommendations
-Regularly analysing available market data, drawing conclusions and recommending directions for improving the brand’s performance
-Analysing competitive activities including prices, new product launches, consumer and trade promotions

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

Requirements:

-Min 3 years of professional experience in trade/sales/ customer/ shopper marketing
-Analytical skills and problem solving, ability to translate conclusions into strategic plans
-Well-organized while working on different tasks and projects
-Responsible “own it-drive it” attitude and strong team spirit
-Strong communication skills and strategic mindset
-Attention to details and quality of delivered work
-Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel
-Very good command of English language (writing, speaking, reading)
