An opportunity has become available in Customer Services, and we are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work from our One Stop Shops in Stanley Road, Bootle and The Atkinson in Southport – the post will be strictly office-based and a requirement to work across both sites.The successful candidate will work as part of a wider team of customer service staff offering face-to-face advice to a range of Council services and they will play a key role in providing customers with a high-quality customer service experience.This role will primarily be responsible for:

• Assisting with Council Tax, Blue Badge, Parking and Benefit enquiries
• Ensuring all documents submitted by customers are thoroughly checked and scanned.
• Updating various core databases and ensuring all aspects of General Data Protection Regulations are maintained.
