Training is included to prepare you for this role.Customer Service Advisor role:

• Taking calls and answer questions from customers to ensure initial call resolutions in given.
• Provide a profession and enhanced customer service experience.
• Taking inbound calls and or responding to incoming emails, in line with service level agreements and our compliance policies.
• Ensure accurate and informative notes are recorded on the company database.

Customer Service Advisor pay:£26,000 per annum.
