• Verify the identity, age, detect and report cases of document forgery and fraud of German-speaking bank customers via video chat
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and company policies regarding identity verification
• Managing documentation
• Collaborating and reporting to the team manager

• Proficiency in German min. B2
• Knowledge of English min. B1
• Communicativeness
• Easiness in establishing relations
• Openness to shift work and weekend work
• Welcome experience in a similar position

• Contract of employment
• Shift work from Monday to Sunday (about 1.5 weekends per month)
• Full time or 3/4 or 1/2 time
• Working hours between 07:00 and 22:00
• Stationary work in Gdansk
• Rate 49 PLN gross/hour
