Your tasks

Customer Service support in the customer care process
Communication with internal stakeholders
Support Customer Operations in implementation of S4
Responsible for monitoring work queues for new requests
Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets
Ensuring efficient customer complaint service
Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reduce cycle time
Responsible for escalation of issues if needed
Continuous improvement of processes

Order management in SAP
Case management in Salesforce
Back-office activities
Data analysis

What we expect

Experience in Customer Service in a corporate environment (

1 year) * Knowledge of English at B2 level and above (spoken and written)

Knowledge of French or German (B2 level or above)
Experience with SAP/Salesforce/any ERP system – nice to have
Availability to join a company ASAP
Openness to work on a temporary contract (12 months) with the potential possibility of extension
