Customer Service CoordinationVestas Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK & IR, Germany, Poland & Baltic Countries, Benelux and Czech Republic. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation, and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We strive to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern and Central Europe the best place to work.
The Service department is responsible for servicing wind turbines, maintaining long-term service contracts, and capturing aftersales opportunities available in the region. To accommodate our growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator (on a temporary basis) to Customer Service Management (CSM) team in Poland. The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our growth. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting industry and in a team of highly motivated employees.
Vestas Poland is a local Sales Business Unit (SBU) with its main office in Szczecin. The SBU sells, constructs, and services wind turbines in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Czechia. The Service Organization, operating the wind turbines and providing services to the customers, employs approximately 360 employees.Responsibilities

• Maintain good operational relations with all types of customers
• Receive incoming calls, take customer requests and ensure effective communication with our planning team. Forward all other requests to the relevant department and follow up on the progress
• Provide first level support to customers as well as creating service orders and internal tickets to the service organization
• Handle multiple fixed, daily tasks concerning customer issues, make sure that all customer communication is handled and registered in CRM, SAP or other internal systems
• Communicate efficiently inside the organization to deliver on the promise to the customers. Focus on and contribute to the continuous improvement of both general work routines and internal procedures
• Revising and calculating all contractual obligations related to the actual performance of the wind farms and being able to validate the outcome
• Prepare various Excel-based reports on demand and support tender processes with admin work

Qualifications

• An academic degree in e.g. Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics or similar
• Experience from a customer facing position combined with good communication skills
• Prior experience from a similar position will be counted as advantage

Competencies

• Very good language skills in Polish and English
• Knowledge of additional language will be counted as advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with MS Office
• Experience with CRM or SAP systems will be counted as advantage
