If so, you will be perfect for this role!Training will be given and no cold calling!As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for contacting leads, managing client enquiries, and contributing to the overall sales growth of the company. Training will be givenYou will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base, fostering new business relationships, and promoting their high-quality services to potential clients.Essentials:· Proven experience in a telephone-based customer service role· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.· A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.· Following up leads peaking with potential clients.Key Responsibilities:· Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.· Present the clients services in a compelling manner to potential customers.· Effectively communicate the benefits and value of the company’s solutions to clients.· Manage and follow up on leads, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Know someone on the job hunt?
