• Handle inquiries from customers and internal teams via email. Your excellent communication skills will shine as you provide timely and effective support.
• Take charge of order entry, price checking, and order clearing, ensuring compliance with Eaton’s policies.
• Oversee the full coordination of delivery and billing across multiple product lines, ensuring seamless project order fulfillment for our external customers.
• Assist our sales teams across EMEA and external customers with product/service order fulfillment, end-to-end order status management, repair/calibrationrequests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements..
• Apply established policies and procedures to resolve issues, using proactive communication across our internal network of multiple product lines.
• Promote Continuous Improvement: Foster an environment that aligns with Eaton’s goals and philosophy, encourages continuous improvement, and buildsstrong customer relationships.

Elvárások

• Full-time student status (active/passive)
• Studies in progress in the field of economics
• Fluency in English AND Italian
• Commitment of at least 20-25 hours per week
• Reliable, precise attitude
• Good problem solving skills
• SAP knowledge would be an advantage
