Role Overview

This position sits at the core of daily operations, ensuring efficient order execution and smooth coordination between customers, sales teams, logistics, and internal departments. The role is highly operational and detail-oriented, with direct impact on service quality and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary operational contact for customers, distributors, and internal sales teams

Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses
*

Process sales orders and monitor them through to delivery completion
*

Track shipments and proactively follow up on delays or discrepancies
*

Coordinate closely with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams on dispatch and delivery status
*

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order data in internal systems
*

Support invoicing processes and resolve basic documentation issues
*

Escalate complex operational matters while ensuring clear follow-up and resolution
*

Collect operational feedback to support process improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile

Degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent experience
*

1-3 years of experience in customer operations, order management, or sales support roles
*

Experience or interest in agriculture, agrochemicals, or related industries is an advantage
*

Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
*

Fluent in Italian with very good working knowledge of English
*

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a process-driven environment
*

Strong coordination skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
