Job Description
-Receive and process Customer orders (and arrange for product manufacture)
-Oversee all functions from the point at which an order is received until the Customer has received satisfaction
-Negotiate with Production for the availability of goods and communicate the outcome
-Communicate with Customers and/or Account Managers on matters concerning placed orders
-Expedite late orders and the communication of this information
-Act as a central communication medium between Sales/Logistics and other relevant departments of Sealed Air
-Prepare and send out Reports to Sales on regular basis
-Be able to go and visit Customers together with Sales

Qualifications
-Fluency in Polish, English and Czech
-Experience with SAP would be a benefit
-Able to work well within a team but also able to act individually to resolve matters
-Strong sense of initiative, enthusiastic, customer-focused with accurate data entry and computer skills
-Pleasant professional telephone manner and an ability to relate well with people at all levels in the organization
-Possession of well-developed communication skills both verbal and written is an essential quality as is the tenacity to follow through on matters to a satisfactory conclusion
-Should have the ability to deal with both internal and external customers, possessing strong attention to detail focus
-Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency
-Able to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
-Capable to build collaborative relationships
-Strong listening and communication skills
-Able to multi-task, prioritize, and comfortable with rapid change
