Descripción :At Acertto Talent Linkers we specialize in the search and selection of talent for the sales sector.Our client, an important company in the service sector, is looking for a Customer Service Representative for its headquarters in Sotogrande.The main mission will be to manage the sale of the different insurance packages offered to the company’s portfolio clients.Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to a minimum of 10 fresh, opted-in leads daily.
• Effectively close sales over the phone and meet set targets.
• Develop and manage the in-house telesales team as the project expands.
• Work towards monthly sales goals with opportunities for rapid career progression.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to new team members as the team grows.

Requisitos mínimos :

• Fluent in Spanish & English
• Minimum 5 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of closing sales over the phone.
• Experience managing or running a sales floor is highly desirable.
• Able to commute to Sotogrande daily
• Ambitious, confident, and driven to take on leadership responsibilities.
