WorkwithYork are working with our local authority client to find Customer Service Representatives, to work within their fast-paced department in York City Centre.This is a temporary 3-month assignment, full time, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.The pay rate is £13.43 per hour with weekly pay, holiday pay and pension with online timesheets.This Customer Service Representative role involves:

• Answering in-bound telephone calls from customers, subscribing to the garden waste subscription scheme.

• Processing information and data in a timely manner.

You will:

• Have strong administration and customer service skills, showing patience and understanding of others.

• Have effective listening skills and good keyboard skills.

• Be organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Have the ability to converse and provide advice and guidance in a confident manner.
