We have an exciting new permanent customer service position based from our client’s offices in the Fuengirola region.Requirement· Fluent in English, both written and spoken (native level) and ideally Spanish· Excellent communication skills at all levels· Strong administrative skills· Good IT literacy· Professional, well-presented· A dedicated, hard-working person who works well within a small team environment· Willingness to learnResponsibilities· Provide all-round administrative support to meet the needs of the business· Keep the company database up-to-date· Provide a high standard of customer service to stakeholders at all levels· Communicate with customers and stakeholders by telephone and emailPackage· Permanent contract, Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm, 1 hour lunch· Salary starting at €1350 per month net increasing to €1500 net after 2 month probation· Excellent long-term, career progression· Ongoing, in-house trainingIf you meet the above criteria and would like to apply, please send a copy of your CV in English.Only applications from candidates with the relevant documentation to work legally in Spain will be processed.
