We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Accounting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and compliance with financial regulations.Key responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts, including invoice creation and accounts receivable information in SAP.
  • Communicate changes related to customer master data to the Sales team.
  • Proactively follow up on late payments and coordinate dispute resolution with relevant departments.
  • Process invoice corrections, price adjustments, and credit returns.
  • Responsible for central billing accounting and reconciliation of related receivables.
  • Send customers account balance confirmations.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international financial regulations, tax, and accounting requirements.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer account management, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, following company policies and procedures.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to take initiative and adhere to company guidelines.
