, you will play an integral part in organising and coordinating, activities, people, and work streams to fulfill customers’ solution demands and deliver against projects.  U

What will I be doing?

Working closely with internal and external customers you will be responsible for

-Managing the departments rota’s to ensuring we have resource and cover for new and existing service agreements
-Reacting to Emergency breakdowns by planning people resource effectively in order to fix our customers issues
-Work with suppliers to ensure invoices are paid and received on time  
-Collaborate with our Project leads and Implementation team to carry implementation of new, and existing solutions for our customers  
-Support the departments H&S agenda through governing risk assessments , arranging reviews to method statements and existing policies, governing the paperwork, and people in order to remain compliant
-Manage and coordinate training schedules and departmental skills matrix
-Centrally manage department documentation by maintaining version control, updates to policies and agreements
